There are some differences between a a Red hartebeest and a Tsessebe.
The former's horns grow longer. Its horns also makes the shape of a heart whereas the Tsessebe's horns tips backwards.
In addition the Tsessebe doesn't have the white marking on the rump.
The easiest difference is undoubtedly the very hairy tail of the Red hartebeest.

Halali is a rest camp in Etosha National Park.
Halali also stands for the signal blown on the horn marking the end of a hunt by horse.
